• Alexander Technique is a 100 year old approach to movement and body awareness developed by F. M. Alexander. It is a method that works to change (movement) habits in our everyday activities. • Auricular Medicine is a new science developed in 1956 by French physician Dr. Paul Nogier. The ear is used to communicate healing to the rest of the body through the concept of bioholography and reflex medicine. Touch the representative spot on the ear, and the nervous system communicates to the brain. The brain then sends the message through the nervous system to the representative part of the body. The body then corrects the abnormality through the stimulation of natural processes.
• Chakra Balancing is done in order to keep the energy centers which lie over the physical body, within the etheric body, balanced and open so that the invisible life force that keeps us alive and helps us with our spiritual evolution can move freely through these centers. • Chiropractic: System of health care based on the premise that the relationship between structure and function is a significant health factor.
